SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are based in the Netherlands and will ship all our products from here.
Generally that means that shipping overseas, e.g. USA, takes roughly 3-8 weeks. In some cases even longer. Shipping costs will be added and calculated before payment, based on your country.
We ship our packages without the possibility of advanced tracking, UNLESS you select the Tracking option for an additional fee when you are ordering the product.
Note that we do not have more tracking abilities than you will have and we are NOT responsible for packages getting lost by the postal services.
